Janeen the beautiful and approachable customer service rep was extremely nice and polite enough to wrap the gifts for my family during Christmas and also give me a complimentary gift for myself too! Btw, she has a very pretty smile and amazing nails, on the side! ????

Quick, efficient pharmacy, always have what you need

Nice staff, in my experience though I see that some other reviewers have not had the same experience but they have always treat me well so I can not speak for everyone. Only negative is that sometimes it's a little too slow/long of a wait in line. But for the most part, clean and friendly. Edit: Just to clarify I haven't dealt with the customer service at all besides the basic cashiers, and the cashiers were friendly to me, I can't speak about the other staff. I urge that those who have had really bad customer service experiences go to Shoppers' contact page online and contact the company directly, as I believe only the this particular Shoppers will see these complaints.
