He suggested me everything that I needed to be comfortable with my stay here. He recommended me the smart shop lock which i purchased. I can’t believe how simple is was to get a unit here. It’s a really clean place and there’s security cameras for protection of course. That’s not all. It was truly the kind gentleman, Martin, who made my day a little lighter. With his positive attitude and superb service, he was the friendliest I’ve met so far. It was also much cheaper than what I thought it would be. If you’re looking for a storage place give him a call and you’ll see what I mean. And it’s right off the 401 south on Kingston Rd. Such easy access, cleanliness, privacy, and simplicity in obtaining a unit gives this place 4 stars... but Martin made it 5 stars for sure!

We were pleasantly surprised. The deal was exactly as stated on the net, no bait and switch. The manger, Martin, explained every detail clearly and led us on a tour of the facility, with an emphasis on the customer, not like the obvious tactics of some companies that are openly geared ONLY toward profits. We highly recommend using Smart Stop!! You won't be disappointed.
