I was at Tech-vision $20 short of the amount to buy a router and at least 20km away from my house with no extra cash. I met this really sweet gentleman Mohamed who didn’t just brush me away because I didn’t have the correct amount, he took the time to explain to me the cheaper options I could go with for my budget. Even more exciting he decided to do something more, he went out of his way to offer me a higher performant router for a very very reasonable price. Most importantly what pleased me about his service was how customer focused there are, showing empathy and being very extremely considerate. Please, make it your first choice to stop by them first for any of your electronic appliances not only because of their customer focus but also because they are very knowledgeable and honest.

Amazing experiences here. Very knowledgable staff. Had an issue with a headset I bought and they replaced it without asking questions. They helped with questions I had about other technical issues like converting HDMI to DVi and other way around. I am knowledgable and tech savvy but these guys seem to have a PhD on all things electronics. They don't just sell quality components, they give free expert advice and give you excellent customer service after you've left the store.
