“After a number of years having been fitted with an incorrect hearing device, I finally was fortunate to be recommended to Mr. Brad Allard from Allard Audiology. Brad is a consummate professional but also very kind and patient and a good listener. After hearing tests and assessments he quickly determined my problem and soon I was fitted with a proper set of hearing devices. I have been very satisfied with these fittings. Brad got me into "high tech" with these latest hearing aids and was very patient in explaining how they work. At 81, high tech with blue tooth capability, cell phone connectivity and T-Coils (for theater) with a remote control panel has brought a new learning curve for me. Brad and his excellent staff have been there for all my questions. Yes, it is new technology but that is progress anywhere. I have now mastered this new technology about 95% and I would say that has been godsend for me. Laurels to you Brad and your staff. The office and clinic are conveniently located in Scarborough with lots of parking available. I truly and highly recommend Allard Audio Services to anyone who needs a hearing assessment.
