“We were pleased with Panda's price to replace our roof shingles and eaves trough. We went with an unusual colour for the gutters that wasn't in stock which meant the eaves were installed later than expected. Any concerns I had with the installation were resolved without fuss and the entire job was completed to my satisfaction. Panda were quick to respond to my questions, honest and very hard working. I would have appreciated more lead time to when the crew would start, but was not too inconvenient as were were at home during COVID lock down.”

The animals were removed humanely; there was a complete removal of all insulation and a deep clean of the attic. The new roof looks great and was done on-time as promised. “Arranged for a bunch of quotes for a new roof as my shingles were old and starting to fall off. Michael came by promptly on time and quoted the job. He was friendly and professional so we went with SIgn Roofing. They completed the entire roof in one day, were friendly, courteous and professional. Left the place cleaner then they found it and were great with my neighbours as well. Michael pointed out afterwards that they had bent one of the eaves accidentally, his team came by the next week and installed a new eave. Great service, friendly, professional and a good roof. “On Dec. 15th, 2019 my wife received multiple calls from her brother in panic saying the roof is leaking water inside the house, immediately my wife started looking, researching then called over 12 roofer companies. Jay is the only one returned her call within 30 minutes. He came to meet us within 2 hours to investigate & assess water leak situation, then the assessment result was worst then we expected; confirmed by pictures. The shingles we had suppose to last for 25 years, it's all falling apart at 20 years and crumbling. Jay is very nice, professional & understanding, even it's late in the season for shingles replacement, he said to us he will do the work but depends on his suppliers, he called around to work things out for my family. Under 15 minutes we got the good news that he has the materials and his team will do the emergency roof repair & Shingles replacement for my family. Even it was snowing, Jay & his team got it done. Many Thanks to Jay & his team. My family is safe & sound & no internal damage in the house. My family is very happy with the roof work, I have attached before & after pictures.
