Green Apple Kids

I don’t think you could find a better daycare. Both my kids went from infant until kindergarten and it’s been amazing. The facility is bright and clean, the playgrounds green. The staff is lovely and has been for the 10 years we’ve had a child there. They do tones of art and lots of extra programming, yoga, dancing, music. The kids plant things and learn about nature and the environment. The food is exceptional. It creates good healthy eating habits at such a crucial time in development. Green Apple has helped us raise our children and they are kind, confident and academically strong. I will forever be grateful for GAK. ❤️

Our experience at Green Apple Kids was nothing less than amazing! This was our son's second home and to know that he was cared for so well by the sweetest and caring group of ladies, put us at ease all the time. Our son was always happy to go to daycare, made some great friendships and has a very special bond with his fantastic teachers, Ms Meghan and Ms Stephanie. He talks about them all the time. One of my favourite things about Green Apple is the daily updates we get, sometimes photos of what he's doing during the day and the end of day summary, which includes what he ate, how long he napped and what they did in class today. This gives us the opportunity to engage in a conversation with him about his day, look at the photos together, plus based on his nap time, adjust our bedtime routine. The daycare is always so quiet, there's very little screaming and crying kids, obviously a clear indicator of how happy the kids are and that the staff have everything under great control. Thank you for everything! We are so grateful. Kindergarten here we come!

Leaving your sweet, little lamby in the care of strangers is a frightening thing to do. I didn't know what to expect. I feel like the teachers at Green Apple helped me raise my daughter and helped me do a better job myself.
When it came to potty training, for example. I'd never done it before. I remember when Miss Lilly told me my daughter was ready. I was surprised. Ready for underwear kind of ready? And she was. I felt like they really supported what I was doing with her at home.
I didn't realize that my 2 year old could do a lot of things like tidying up all her toys after playing with them, until she did it at school first.
My daughter was at Green Apple for 2 years. It was a really great experience.
I found all of her teachers, in both classrooms, were willing and available to talk about any concerns I had. Or even just give me more information about what kind of day my daughter had had.
The director of the centre was always approachable and just one of those genuine people it's a pleasure to know.
They had a little graduation ceremony in June. It was so cute! They had little robes and hats. That day I was talking to other parents and we all felt a little sad to see our kids leave Green Apple.
Now my Big Girl is in Junior Kindergarten. She was really well prepared by her 2 years at Green Apple and is thriving. I wholeheartedly recommend Green Apple Kids. It was a great experience.

Excellent teachers that truly care about kids as individuals. Food is carefully selected. Technology is used for teachers to communicate. We feel great about our son starting there a month ago. Only downside is the parking area. You are forced to park over the sidewalk and it is extremely unsafe. Kids walking literally behind bumpers and it makes me cringe every time I'm there, especially in the icy and dark winter late afternoon hours.
