Brought my bike here because I needed s brake attachment bolt put on the bike and a lower bracket tightened up. Unfortunately since j wasnt able to leave the bike they were kind enough to do the bolt right there on the spot, but also assured me they could take care of the bracket. This place is great! They're very knowledgable and prices are very fair...Polite courteous & professional staff.. and they even took the extra time to show me how to replace the brake pads..

The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've encountered at ANY bicycle shop in Toronto. Andreas, Dallas, and Justin are knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, and polite. Great expertise about every kind of bike (racer, road, mountain, commuter, hybrid, and kids bikes, too) and correctly servicing them all. I purchased helmet and gloves, as well as locks, bell, safety (LED rechargeable) lights, and kickstand; all were quickly installed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this family-owned business.

Great store with friendly service. Quick turnaround time for my repair and was done at a great price too! Excellent tire selection as well for older road bicycles.

Based on a recommendation in my local neighbourhood group, I called and spoke with a helpful staff member then stopped in for some skates. The staff member brought me a few options, explained to me sizing and helped me with accessories including guards and a lace puller device for tightening. Skates have changed since the last time I skated but Newson's made the process of acquiring a pair easy.
