Paws en route

What a fabulous experience we had with Gillian and her driver Lynn with Paws en Route. We recently got new puppy and she was located in Ontario. Well, with the pandemic organizing transport for a puppy was very stressful. We needed a way to get our puppy from the breeder to the Hamilton airport which was 2 and a half hours away. Being located in Newfoundland I had very limited information on pert services in Ontario so I contacted Gillian to see if their company provided pet taxi/transport services. She got back to me almost immediately to advise they do indeed provide this service and do it regularly! What a relief. Gillian eased my mind about the process and entrusting my new puppy with her company. It was an amazing experience. Gillian readily answered all my questions and reduced my anxiety about the process and the driver Lynn was more than I could have expected. She sent me pictures when she collected the puppy and texted me about the drive and the check in once the puppy was dropped off! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing to get their pet moved! 10 stars for Paws en Route!!!

Paws en Route responded to our need for assistance in getting a dog from Toronto to Saskatoon with care and at 'warp speed'. In less than an hour from first phone call later in the day on a Friday evening, Gillian had him booked on a flight and had arranged door service to pick him up and take him to the airport. He was in Saskatoon early the next morning. Outstanding service to say the least!

We are so grateful for the services of Paws en route for our pup. Booking the appointments for the taxi service is so easy. Kitty and Rod are amazing with their kindness, patience and professionalism. We feel content knowing that our pup will have a safe and happy ride every time! Thank you for great customer service!

If you have a pet, and need someone who loves pets, and understands your dog instead of just driving to and from a location, then Paws En Route (PER) is the best option! We were picking up our (first ever) foster dog from an agency, and pickup was heavily delayed and it was finally confirmed to be at 9PM. Sandra was super considerate, and was there before us. She gave us some amazing advice on how to welcome the dog into our home, about teaching it commands, about handling it, and more. When our dog arrived, Sandra greeted her, helped her settle down in the car, put a harness, seat belt, and made sure she was comfortable in the car. On the way back to our place, she helped us keep the dog calm, and even helped us bring the dog to our apartment. This is truly above and beyond! And it's not just the people, it's the prices that make them exceptional too. I contacted other pet transport services before finalizing Paws En Route. Overall, it was an AMAZING experience! Gillian and Sandra were very helpful and attentive. Gillian explained everything up front and no question went unanswered. They were obviously concerned for our pet after a very long journey and they kept me informed of her arrival in Toronto from east Africa at the earliest opportunity. They were proactive on her feeding and hydrating needs, with Sandra even purchasing a sweater (that we didn't use in the end) for our pup as she was quite frail from a hard start in life. Paws en Route meant I could get a few hours sleep last night - I knew she was in good hands! Thanks guys! A
