Alan and his team were attentive and helpful with suggestions and recommendations but not pushy. They were happy to show us as many rugs as we wanted, we must have looked at almost 100 to narrow down to the top 5. They visited our home with them to see the rugs in situ before we ordered. After the rug had been made, custom sized, they delivered and placed it perfectly. Excellent product and service - expensive (hey, what 11'x12' silk/wool rug isn't??) but so worth it. It's beautiful, we love it. It really pulls the room together... ;)

Alan's passion for rugs and carpets is immediately obvious when you walk through the door at W Studio. His selection of artful rugs from all over the world is stunning. He got very involved with my selection and helped me to colour match a beautiful unique handmade Turkish rug to my furniture walls and flooring. This studio goes above and beyond the typical rug depot.

The owner and staff here are genuine and helpful. They spend time to educate you on the products to help you make the right investment in your forever rugs. They have the finest quality, without the hoity toity attitude of other rug galleries.

My boyfriend & I had recently an exceptional service at W Studio. The entire experience was pleasant from start to finish and we couldn’t recommend enough the great team that Alan has established. After numerouos trips to the store we narrowed it down to two carpets we liked but we had no idea which one would look best with our colour palette at home. Alan had kindly offered to deliver both carpets to our home at no extra charge to help us decide. The carpets are exceptional so once they arrived to our house it was clear which one was the best fit for us & we couldn’t be happier!! thank you once again to Alan & his team for your patience & wonderul customer service. Terrific staff who really know their product! Outstanding service, they brought the carpets to my house for me to try! Then they moved all the furniture and put the carpet down we tried 7 different carpets before choosing one! - NO problem for them they were cheery and terrific to work with!
