All the staff were kind, courteous, efficient and best of all very clean!! I never had to lift a finger or worry about a thing!

From our initial meetings with Sandra, to dealing with Ryan and his installation team, we could not be happier with our decision. The floors turned out beautifully. In particular, we were highly impressed with their organization and attention to detail on the installation. Their selection of hardwood was also fantastic. Highly recommend!

Honest and open, flexible and pleasure to work with. Service manager Ryan is gem of a guy, he is professional, sincere and thorough with his work. Thank you guys!!!
(February 10, 2019, 11:34 pm)I was getting a coffee next door and saw the show room and walked in. I knew the flooring was special right from the beginning; the sales staff was knowledgeable and didn't pressure me to make a quick decision. After reviewing many other options, I had to have these floors for my new space. The process was clearly explained to me and throughout the planning and installation process my questions were answered in a timely fashion and in detail. The installation was done professionally involving me every step of the way by people who appreciate the product they are working with. The timing was better than expected and I get to move in a bit earlier than anticipated. I love my floors and highly recommend European Flooring Group.

We chose long, wide, square-edge, oil-finished ash planks for the contemporary look we envisioned on the main level of our lakefront new-build and from there, everything flowed seamlessly. These floors are among our favourite aspects of the completed project. We couldn't be more pleased.
