My cat recently had dental surgery with him. Dr Franklin kept me updated and provided care like it was his own pet. The staff was helpful and provide informative post op surgery instructions. “Vert lovely vet! The receptionist is very sweet every time we go in and the vet is very knowledgable. They have always taken us in last minute when we it was ab emergency and even stayed past closing for us because I was in labour and needed to bring my poor doggy in for pain medication before we went to the hospital. The best thing about this vet is they are not out to get you for your money! They are very transparent in what theyll charge you they are fair prices! With other vets, I was always spending $400 + dollars every time I went and my dog never got any better. This vet is great ?”

Dr. Farag in particular has been there to see our family through the passing of two of our beloved cats, and was always very compassionate and direct. “Would like to thank Dr K. Regan and your staff for taking care of my budgie. Charlie my female budgie was sick, loosing weight and all puffed up!! She was down to 26 grams. Dr K and her staff were very professional and caring. Dr K started a treatment plan and within a couple of days Charlie was feeling better and started to put weight back on! She is now back to herself and at her normal weight of 32 grams. Thanks again for saving her!”

“Dr Liu and his assistant Cherlyne have been amazing during the care of my cat Pumpkin, who is epileptic. They have shown to be incredibly compassionate while she has undergone regular bloodwork and other very uncomfortable tests. Diagnosing her was extremely emotionally exhausting for me (not to mention financially) but they have been very understanding, and even cut me a deal during at least one appointment. Their prices are very good to begin with, at least compared to Pumpkin's usual vet. I highly recommend this clinic!”
