On the coldest day of this winter so far. Our furnace quit at 3 am. Called City Heating and Cooling at 8am. As busy as they were, they said they would be able to look at it between 10am and 1pm.. At 10:15am I get a call. Good or bad news first he said. Good news I said. Good news is there is no bad news. Battery was dead on thermostat and needed to be reprogramed. A quick and easy fix. This is the 3rd time I have used City Heating and cooling in the last 3 years and I am totally satisfied with the work and pricing. I will be calling them again in the future the next time I have an issue. Thanks for the fast and efficient service.
