CrossFit Cambridge

Crossfit Cambridge has changed my life. I have always been in shape however never so well rounded with fitness. I was recently tested for fitness and general health through a private healthcare facility. Over the 5 hours of testing what came forward was shocking. All blood levels, organs , mobility, strength and heart EKG's came back well above average. So much to be honest that they have to do more testing to set a benchmark. I was continually asked throughout the day of what professional sport I played. (NONE) I have 2.5 years of dedication to Crossfit to thank for this. 1 ounce of preventative is worth a pound of cure.

Absolutely 100% recommend. I was a member for about 10 months..then unfortunately I had to relocate for work and change crossfit facilities. I attempted to join 3 other gyms and I couldn't find anything that compares to crossfit cambridge and now I drive out of my way 3 days a week to workout there. Their programming is top notch, their coaches are awesome and the community is super friendly and welcoming. You're Gaurenteed results as well.

Having just reached my seventieth birthday I was not expecting to begin a new fitness program, nor was my 'young' wife of 66. However we have now been at it for a couple of months and the experience has been a most pleasant surprise. Our biggest initial fears of (1) being too hopelessly out of shape to handle it but even more so, (2) appearing awkward and clumsy amidst a collection of the young and shamefully fit, were never realized.. Both staff and members have been welcoming and encouraging from day one. Not only have we discovered we can handle the regimen, we have felt admired for being up to the challenge of it. We feel better and I might even suggest we are starting to look better although I will leave that for others to judge. Hard work? By all means and in the beginning we wondered if we were up to it. But now? A most welcome change to our routine and it can only get better.

Loved the feeling the moment I walked in. What a huge, beautiful, rustic, urban space with a friendly, warm atmosphere. I couldn’t ask for a better place to get back into the best shape of my life! I even brought my 3 daughters to work out in the kids weekend program and they had a blast! The enthusiastic staff makes them excited to be part of the “CrossFit Team”.😊

An awesome gym! They customized a workout to fit my needs. Not only that, coaches practice what they preach, working out alongside me and offering me tips to help me do my best. Highly recommended.
