Always get voicemail. Was urgent to get a response to put insurance on a car. Left message and no one returned my call. I had to call back, got voice mail again so I walked in to get service.

We love to visit this place for its great cemented area perfect to rollerblade on once the parking lot is cleared of employees. Clean & well maintained.

Great Canadian Owned Company. Payment education and information is the responsibility of the broker not the insurance company. Many of these reviews are inappropriately aimed at Gore. They are a company that offer a great range of products with competitive prices and are a fantastic employer in the Tri-City area. Highly recommend.

I have been with Gore Mutual for several years for auto insurance. I recently had to contact them for a no fault accident claim. The overall process was relatively pain free. The entire claim was addressed within 3-4 weeks. The only thing I wished they could have done better would have been to increase the frequency of communication. All in all, it was a decent experience and a favourable outcome.
