Very much appreciate the honesty and directness of the vet we saw last night. We took her home to bring her to our regular vet this morning .
Our experience here was amazing. We came in over the holidays with an emergency and everyone from the receptionists to the vet techs and veterinarians were so helpful. The wait times were not bad at all however even if they were (which I've seen some people complaining about below) , it's no different than going to the hospital and having to wait in the waiting room there so we were expecting to wait. When we were leaving with medication we got all the information we needed to feel comfortable. As a bonus we could call anytime with questions or concerns and they were extremely helpful. Thank You guys so much for the exceptional service!
Highly recommended. Took our 15 year old dog there for seizures. They were thorough, professional and understanding. All possible options and their relative costs were discussed, and when I asked about a different option, they didn't hesitate to accept it. They charge a little more than our regular vet, but it's understandable since they need to staff the clinic 7 × 24. Nothing but compliments to all the staff!
We were sent here from our vet with our very sick dog. We received amazing care. We were explained so much. He was there for 48 hours and I called multiple times to check in on him and I was always greeted with kindness. I thought I may start to annoy them but they never showed that. The vets were all fabulous and understanding. We are glad we ended up there and if ever (I hope it doesn't happen) we have to do an emergency clinic again we will definitely be back and would also send family and friends there.
As I was in a panic, I took my puppy to the Emergency Vet Clinic and was very happy with my experience. They were very understanding and patient, and I felt as though my dog was very well cared for. The Vet was very thorough with informing me of and explaining all our options. I really appreciate their help, and would recommend with any animal emergency!
