“I am new to the area and had an issue with my dog as he was not eating. They were so accommodating and able to get me in the same day even though I wasn't a client yet. I really appreciated them squeezing my dog in as I was really worried about him. Dr. Brown is very kind and very informative. They ran some tests on his blood and prescribed some medications. “Our experience adopting our kittens with Blue Ribbon Bengal has been simply amazing. Javeriah has made the whole process very comfortable. We received plenty of progress pictures of our 2 kittens from the day they were born. We got to meet them to decide who will be the best fit for our family. This was difficult as all the kittens were adorable and so well socialized. Special thanks to Zaidan for spending so much time playing with the kittens and making them the best pets possible. The kittens felt very comfortable with us as soon as they came home and they spent their whole day playing/sleeping The whole family who raised the kittens prior to their adoption are so lovely. “This is a really well managed shelter which tends to cats and dogs who are either lost or have been rescued, or surrendered by owners if they are unable to take care of their pets. All the pets are in glass enclosures. If you like a certain pet, you can request them to bring it to a separate room where you can interact with it. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Honestly I am yet to adopt a pet as I and my wife are still preparing ourselves mentally to welcome a new member in our family. I pray it happens soon.”

“We bring our dog here for routine things like vaccinations or to pick up flea medication but anything that requires knowledge or more time we take her elsewhere. The vet acts terribly nervous and cold around animals. He speaks quietly with such a thick accent that I depend on the techs to explain. Also, the vet will push Royal Canin for EVERY PROBLEM. Bladder infection? Royal Canin. Ear infection? Royal Canin. Picking up tick medicine? Royal Canin. He clearly gets a kick back. After dealing with a reoccurring problem and spending a ton on medication, he explained he was out of ideas. Took her to Waterloo West and in one visit they did a skin sample, and prescribed medicine. 9 month problem was resolved in a week. You pay less for the services because you receive lesser quality services.”
