(January 13, 2019, 12:56 am)First off, the location is way out of the way if you miss your delivery. Next, if you go after work the line is absolutely insane, and youre waiting forever. Finally, Fedex will deliver you a package from the US then send you a letter for the duty they paid on your behalf...plus a fee for doing so...
(September 14, 2018, 3:36 pm)The customer service I got was really friendly! The delivery person and the customer service rep I spoke to on the phone were great. The customer service rep actually got my address wrong but the delivery person was smart and realized it himself. FedEx if you are reading this, give him a raise!!
