Very kind doctor and good with kids. Huge playroom while you are waiting on a separate room kids love. When you are in the actual room waiting after the test has been completed there are also more toys for kids. My child was very nervous and the girl at the front desk gave us juice and a cold cloth. She also came to check in on us a couple times after. Everyone in this office is very caring and sweet
Dr Terpstra is amazing with children, he even has a play room setup. He was kind and attentive. I would highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Terpstra has the best bedside manner of any doctor we've seen. Down to earth, friendly & always willing to educate. The staff are great & accommodating, the office space is nice & entertaining for children. My kids actually look forward to spending time here!
He lightens the mood and has a great sense of humour. I actually was enjoying my time while getting my skin test done! Also has amazing staff. They are all so kind.
Dr. Terpstra is very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciated his approach to educating vs. Informing and am grateful we were referred to him as an allergist. The office staff are equally wonderful!
