I was told my sister needed a doctors note, so I went out to get my card, I came back in and was told they don't accept cards and only take cash. So I was told the pharmacy gives cash back and after being asked why I even needed cash back, I was told there was a CHARGE to open the register. Seriously? A charge to open the register?”

When you are in the actual room waiting after the test has been completed there are also more toys for kids. My child was very nervous and the girl at the front desk gave us juice and a cold cloth. “Always be prepared to be your own advocate. The secretary here is unprofessional and aggressive which has no place in health care. She has shouted at me, snide tones, acted like she has power to make choices about my treatment and asked how she could possibly relay messages to Dr. Stewart (isn’t that something a secretary would do...?). Once I called and left a few messages and didn’t hear back for months, when I called and got her on the phone. Other times, I have felt like Doctor Stewart isn’t hearing what I’m saying, but at least I absolutely know he is trying to help me. Everyone has to try to remain collected when dealing with difficult issues but being talked down to like you’re an imbecile is very taxing, especially when you aren’t even doing anything wrong.”
