I've been a Reliance customer for some time now and recently needed to make a service call for my air conditioner. Adam, one of their technicians arrived promptly on a Sunday and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. Super nice, professional and kind enough to answer all of my questions. He indicated that I should think about replacing both my furnace and air conditioner due to their age (over 16 years old!) and potential issues that may arise. He didn't make any sales pitches but just focused on resolving my issue. After the quick fix, he mentioned that he could have someone come in discuss what my options could be. I agreed and he called his Home Comfort advisor, Marty, to set up and appointment, later in the week. Marty arrived on time and quickly discussed the benefits of new units compared to what I have now. Provided a thorough list of what I would get. Discussed payment options and then left it with me to decide. He was very easy to talk to and I didn't feel any pressure whatsoever to make any decisions at that point. I really liked the experience that I just had with Reliance. True customer service without the push! FYI, they also wore masks and gloves while in my house so that was very much appreciated. Keep up the great work!
