“I've been a Reliance customer for some time now and recently needed to make a service call for my air conditioner. Adam, one of their technicians arrived promptly on a Sunday and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. Super nice, professional and kind enough to answer all of my questions. He indicated that I should think about replacing both my furnace and air conditioner due to their age (over 16 years old!) and potential issues that may arise. He didn't make any sales pitches but just focused on resolving my issue. After the quick fix, he mentioned that he could have someone come in discuss what my options could be. I agreed and he called his Home Comfort advisor, Marty, to set up and appointment, later in the week. Marty arrived on time and quickly discussed the benefits of new units compared to what I have now. Provided a thorough list of what I would get. Discussed payment options and then left it with me to decide. He was very easy to talk to and I didn't feel any pressure whatsoever to make any decisions at that point. I really liked the experience that I just had with Reliance. True customer service without the push! FYI, they also wore masks and gloves while in my house so that was very much appreciated. Keep up the great work!”

“We had a clogged toilet/drain. After calling around and no plumbers were available that day, we reached BP Plumbing and they had Skylar come out the same day. Unfortunately, he could not arrive until 4:45 pm. Instead of doing all of the work and charging us the "after-hours evening rate" he asked if we would like him to come back the next morning at the regular rate. He came back as promised the next morning, fixed the issue and the price was very reasonable. He was incredibly fair and honest, and went above and beyond. I would 100% call Skylar at BP Plumbing again for any issues.”

They fixed the five issues better than I could have hoped for plus they recognized a quick fix for my water softener plumbing that has significantly improved our water. I too will never need to look for another plumber again. Not only that - they are considerate and clearly want the best for the customer. “I have been reluctant to call a plumber in the past, but my attitude has changed since I called Bartlett Plumbing to fix a floor drain issue at my house. Firstly, Bryce responded the same day with a site visit and a quote for the job. Secondly the quote was reasonable, considering the concrete floor would need to be dug up and thirdly the work as done in a timely manner, with a thorough cleanup. I fully recommend Bartlett Plumbing and will definitely call on the them in the future for any plumbing needs.”

“I was recently shopping around for plumbers calling up Hurst, Mr. Rooter, etc. and came across Eco Pro Plumbing. I am so glad I went with Eco Pro. I have to say that these guys are rated 5 stars for a reason...they are THE BEST. I've called them twice now for two different issues. First time was to investigate an issue with my shower which he was able to diagnose and fix very quickly. Ali gave me some great insight about water softeners also. The second time was an emergency visit due to a burst main water line coming into my condo. He arrived very quickly on such short notice, identified the leak, and was successfully put a tight clamp on the leak so that the condo corp could replace the pipes a few days later. Most plumbers will charge a $100 fee just to step into your house but Eco Pro does not. They have great reliable service, very friendly technicians, and do a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
