“I called Little Electric on Wednesday as my outdoor outlets were not working and the lady who answered was very professional and put me through to the voicemail for Troy. Today (Thursday), I received a call from Troy (less then 24 hours after my original call) who was also very professional and genuinely nice as we engaged in some small chit chat before I let him know of my problem. He was honest in saying that he didn't want to send someone out for service if it was something me, as a homeowner, could easily and safely do myself, like turning a breaker switch off and on. I followed his instructions and to my surprise and delight it worked!! I now have this company in my contacts for any future electrical work I will need.
