Fido

I just recently did my Upgrade from my LG G6 to a Huawei mate 20 pro and the service was excellent, the manager on duty there was very Nice and helped me to get in touch with customer service over the phone at their store. Successfully upgraded with bo hitches, no problems whatsoever will be keeping Fido as my carrier for as long as i can into the foreseeable future. ????????

If you're looking for fast, affordable and reliable internet, choose FIDO. Got to the store pretty late, and Yalda was super patient and helped me out with my home internet. I got the modem, hooked it at home and I was ready to go! **EASY TO DO AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!**

I received excellent customer service here. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable, and purchase of new phone including credit for old phone went very smoothly. Highly recommend this Fido location.

It was refreshing to experience this after getting the worst possible service @ Fido Waterloo kiosk (Conestoga Mall).

On a separate note, I had a good laugh at the review where person gave 1 star because "happened to walk right past the booth because of the new bright red uniforms and baseball caps". I am sure they still had the FIDO sign up there. No one should punish others for their own mistake / stupidity.. LOL. I can't stop laughing. I wish I could write a comment on that review.. haha
