I went into get an exchange for a pair of Vans, which they did not have in stock. But, I was provided excellent service by (sorry if I got any names wrong) Julian, Emily, Sameer, and their manager Dean. They helped put the pair of shoes on hold for me at the Guelph store, I would I highly recommend coming here!

My wife bought a new bicycle from here this morning. The employees especially Liam where great.

Friendly customer service. Stress free. New location isn't as impressive as their previous one (had two floors right beside the skating rink) and their inventory seems to be lesser too.

Newly renovated/relocated location in the mall

Much bigger selection, open concept store made it very easy to find what I was looking for, and the staff member was very helpful in helping me find exactly the right pair of runners for me

After all of the bad reviews the old location got, glad to see they're off to a great start at this new one
