(January 15, 2019, 2:54 pm)Wife bought me a bubbler pipe for me for Christmas but after using it once I noticed that it was defective. Took it to the store the clerk said it had been too long and it was used so she couldn't do anything.
I reached out to support online, Rob got back to me right away and was awesome enough to contact the store and sort it all out for me. Thanks Rob

They didn't carry a lot of name brand items that I was looking for when I last visited.
The staff I've dealt with are very friendly and helpful, I have to say.
If I had to pick, I would travel to Medusa in downtown Guelph instead of Rock Universe if you're looking for high quality products but if you're looking for a quick pick up, this place would do.
