Dr. Cai is the best doctor I have ever had. She is thorough, compassionate and listens to your concerns very well and always has a smile on her face. If she does not know the answer she will refer you to a specialist immediately for follow-up and keep abreast of your findings and results. I could only give a four star rating which is for Dr. Cai and her nursing staff. The reception and telephone staff are pathetic, rude and dismissive - nothing more, nothing less! If not for them, my rating would be a 5 for certain. Keep up the great work Dr. Cai and nursing staff.

Not sure why this place has low ratings. It's great!! I never wait long and the after hours clinic will ensure I get an appointment the day I call if I need to be seen right away.

I see a lot of people complaining about wait time. I've never had to wait a long time. I'm also happy to wait to see my doctor here. He is wonderful, my appointment time never feels rushed. He listens, is kind, non judgemental, and always takes my concerns seriously. I can't say enough about my doctor here. Even remembers my child's name when it's my appointment. Great welcoming atmosphere and environment. I've also never had an issue getting an appointment if I needed to be seen ASAP.
