He listens, is kind, non judgemental, and always takes my concerns seriously. I can't say enough about my doctor here. Even remembers my child's name when it's my appointment. Great welcoming atmosphere and environment. I've also never had an issue getting an appointment if I needed to be seen ASAP.”

“I've had good service here. Been going here for 7 years. Have only met my doctor once. Other doctors are good too...so doesn't matter to me who I see as long as I see a doctor. Called because I thought I had shingles...they saw me same day I called. Now going through other issues and feel I'm getting good care. Every doctor I've ever seen always had wait times to get in...so I don't see that as a problem. Never seen a rude receptionist here. Always kind and helpful. Found it difficult reading all the negative comments when my experiences have been good. Only thing I don't like is that i can only go here or the hospital. But i hear a lot of places have that restriction now too.”

“So far between yesterday and today I am at 13 hours of waiting time. The doctors seem thorough, but nothing gets completed quickly. The tests were, but the waiting time is horrendous. Patients in extreme pain, vomiting were left squirming in the waiting room. Seemed degrading for them. I don’t live here anymore and it’s been about a decade since I’ve been to this hospital... nothing has changed sadly. Not to disrespect the staff, because even though they’re so busy, they are never rude at all. I hope the new ER helps alleviate wait times for people.”
