Great selection of products whether it's bikes or accessories. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of the biking lifestyle. Great to have a store like this in town.

Great service and fair prices. I very impressed with the price and service. If in the spring when I am shopping for a new bike the Hub will be by first choice to go. Went there October 19 at 10 am and the sales / service person was friendly and very helpful. It was well the bicycle ride to Hespeler from Galt which is just under 10km ride.

The gentleman that helped my daughter and I and was absolutely wonderful. He assisted in picking her a used bike that was sized appropriately as well as gave me some tips on adjusting her helmet so it sits on her head correctly instead of buying a new one (as I had planned). He also informed me that he was collecting used bikes for donating to kids in need so we brought my daughters old bikes. I cannot recommend them enough!
