Owner is excellent - friendly and knowledgeable. Approaches watch repairs logically while trying the most cost-effective solutions first. Prices are reasonable and I'm always treated well. The hours are not as convenient as the mall, for example, but this is understandable since it is a "mom and pop" shop. They are open on Saturdays, which is great.

Been in to buy watches and cuff links. Had watches repaired here. Friendly and excellent service every single time. Pardon the pun but this place is a jewel.

I love this store. I have gone in twice so far. The first time was to buy a watch. The proprietor was so kind and courteous - he listened carefully to me and helped me to find a watch that I am very happy with. The second time I was "just browsing" to get a sense of prices and choices for a silver chain. Again this man was so respectful and attentive to my concerns - I never felt pushed to purchase and I learned a lot. This is true service.

Have dealt with this store owner for the last 7 years purchased many pieces of jewelry and had several repairs done.
