  Erica was friendly and hospitable. She made us feel at home then gave us our privacy. Breakfast was hot and served right on time. Building was very well stocked and rustic, there were a few things to dust as to be expected in a treasure of antiques. The night was quiet with minimal highway noise and mild aircraft traffic from the nearby airport. There were nicely kept grounds to walk and explore. There was a queen mattress in the loft but was only accessable by a ladder, we choose to sleep in the two single beds on the main level like a king bed. They are on a well and the pump would kick on but only when water was being used. There is a well stocked kitchenette , microwave, fridge,cooktop, kettle, pots and pans. We recommend bringing slippers as the basement floor is cold. Electric heating.

  Beautiful spot just minutes from the city. Loaded with history. With music and magazines, a great spot to get away and relax. We will be back!

  Amazing place! Amazing grounds! Amazing hosts!! Couldn't ask for a better experience. It was very relaxing and romantic!

  Amazing property and wonderful owners. Great service, great food, and access to beautiful walking trails. Well worth a visit.
