Rebranded as Sunbridge Hotel & Conference Centre.
As of June 23 2019 lobby under renovation but very functional & welcoming. 2 conference rooms that are well appointed and accommodating for 75 to 100 people. Website https:://sunbridgehotelkitchener.com/

The staff was amazing, room incredibly clean. I would definetly stay there again without a hesitation in my mind.

Nice meeting rooms on the main floor, but can be kind of dark. I've been in some meeting rooms on the second floor too, and the rooms look a little dated.

The lobby and bar was being renovated when I was there (April 2019), I'm sure it will look nice when they're done.

I'll update the review when I have another meeting there.

I was here for a dance competition during labor day weekend. My group with a few others from my national group ended up renting one of the banquet rooms for breakfast. The food was pretty disappointing. The room was comfortable and clean.

Staying in “The Tower”. The room I have is not renovated yet, but still above average at this price point. The hotel is currently renovating, transitioning into new ownership. No pool access, but I think that was reflected in the price paid. Hotel was pretty empty and the renovation work is being done while I am out anyway.

Buffet/hot breakfast is excellent. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Overall a pleasant stay.
