REALLY helpful and polite. Did a curbside pick up last night and the girl wasn't bothered to find dog beds in our budget, and bring them down for us to choose from. She chose a toy for our destroyer based on things I said to her when I phoned to place the order. AWESOME to shop there every time, it's the only pet shop we use

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products that they carry. During this covid period they have put that extra effort into the day to day routine. It's a nice service to be able to call ahead and have them set it aside for a quick pickup which is a great time saver
