I love this pet smart location, I have been to several locations over the years but this is always my 1st choice location to visit when im after anything pet related.
The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and always eager to help or find the answers to any questions you may have.

Great groomers never have a issue with how they cut our dogs fur, great selection for dog food cat food and toys, great training for pups, great service for adoption of cats, the bird reptile and fish stuff is not so in depth but has the basics and some great tanks /packaging deals for first time fish/reptile/bird/rodent like hamsters etc it is for the most part a female store odd time a male for any rodent and reptiles. They do not have feeders other then the crickets meal/superworms blue catapillers so you will have to find feeders for snakes else where. 4/5 for not having feeders and more reptile stuff

Lots of pet food, beds and anything else you can think of. Only issue is where they sell fish as the people they have back there helping people are of questionable knowledge. Was told something different from 3 different employees about my fish as if they were just winging it. Products are good, for pretty much any animal you may have and they have a loyalty program. If you need good information about fish though I would try Big Al's in Kitchener.

I usually come here for my pet rabbit needs and if I'm not careful I end up spending too much. They always have what I need in stock or something comparable. I love talking to the staff and asking questions. They are highly knowledgeable about animals and love to share random tidbits they know.
