Great experience. Rayna and her assistant are very caring experienced groomers. This is the 1st time in a very long time that a groomer has listened and done the job I asked for.....Rayna's Groom Room is Awesome!

First and last time going here. Well first of all it's my fault on this part, I didnt ask how much was nail trimming (oakville three places I aleays take my dog until I moved in April
and they charged me 5,10, and petsmart was 15) here costs me 25 just for nail trimming. I thought was really steep. Secondly I understand with covid and all but my dog always been fine getting her nails clip with anyone who handles her. I took her here and as I sat in the car, the 10mins she was yelping the whole time. She was turned back to me and I didn't see any nail bleeding but was told in the lady's words "overdramatic" she was shaking in the car during our ride home, ill never know why she's sooo scared like that but thats a concern for me, again she's never done that with anyone who's trimmed her nails.

Thrilled to find Rayna to groom and care for my Bernese Mountain Dogs. Although they have an easy personality to deal with, there's a lot of coat on a lot of dog! Loved that Rayna was able to get my boys in together and gave me updates through the process. She did an amazing job!
