Great customer service Rogers! I feel so terrible for the ladies that were working today . It s Easter week end and a very rude woman was screaming at all of us old folk and taking out her frustration on the workers . . . in all my years in retail I have not heard such crass behaviour and did not appreciate getting yelled at if i were one of these ladies I would have called the cops like she told them to. !!! we came in with an issue and they were very kind.. the way she handled that girl she has more patience than i. . . I went to the mall first, big mistake.. Waited in line for 1 hour. Called this location, friendly over the phone and in store. Was very impressed with the sales representative I was dealing with even though she was new. Manager was also very helpful and insightful. I will be back to switch from Bell to Rogers based on my experience lesson learned.... Avoid the mall

The staff here are lovely - very informative and take the time to help you set up your new phones. I also feel great coming back here and getting any additional help that I need. Customer service is A+!! Some people that come in here are very mean to the staff and should be ashamed!!!! They are here to help you with new phones and getting services if you have questions call Customer Service that's what the line is for!!! Shame on you!

Pay my bill here all the time! Staff are friendly and fast at what they do! Would recommend 10/10. Amazing job!
