Im currently doing training 3 times a week with my kinesiologist, Kyle, and I've seen amazing progress for both pre-existing health related problems, as well as injury prevention as I’ve learned proper workout technique with Kyle, and I feel a lot more confident in the gym now. On a side note, i’ve also been getting lots of compliments on my physique since I started training
I originally sought out a kinesiologist as id been doing physiotherapy, chiropractics, osteopathy, and massage for years with little to no improvement. After training with Kyle for only 3 months my health has improved significantly and i have a lot more energy throughout the day. Kyle is the most knowledgeable personal trainer/kinesiologist I have met.

I was actively working out at the YMCA prior to the pandemic, and after a two-year lockdown I was eager to return to the gym. Despite my best intentions, my body had other ideas. During the pandemic, I started experiencing severe soreness in my knees/legs and shoulders/arms. These new body pains, compounded with my history of vertigo, made working out impossible. It was vital for me to return to a fitness routine, safely. In response to my concerns, my osteopathic practitioner recommended I meet with Kyle at BeWell.
With Kyle's help, knowledge and patience, I have seen dramatic improvements in both the range of motion and functionality of my arms. I went from needing help while putting on my own coat to doing it on my own with little to no discomfort. Dedicated leg muscle exercises have helped to alleviate my knee pain, while strengthening the muscles required to support my knee joint. I have come a long way from having to use both my hands on a stair railing, dragging my legs up, one stair at a time. Kyle worked with me on refining small movements, developing smaller muscles to contribute to my overall strength.
Going beyond my physical abilities, Kyle even provided coaching on nutrition and whole-body health. In consideration of my vestibular issues, Kyle taught me how to steady myself, using my core and stance to regain stability. Further, I have learned that small repetitive movements can be equally as effective (and challenging!) Speaking to his patience and encouragement, Kyle continues to celebrate my successes and always tells me not to be so hard on myself. The improvements in my mobility and health are successes worth sharing- thanks to Kyle!
Kyle is amazing! Before I started seeing him I had had knee pain for years and nothing helped. I had tried tons of physio and chiro to no avail. I didn't really know what to expect before I started seeing Kyle but he offered me a free session and my pain lessoned right away! Kyle did soft tissue release on the muscles around my knee and now we are working on strengthening so I don't have the same issue again. My husband now sees him for personal training and I've referred other people for different body pains and they've all had success! I highly recommend Kyle!
BeWell has helped me in ways that I cannot explain. I met Kyle late in 2021 after suffering for weeks with an injury that I thought would restrict me for the rest of my life. I originally met with Kyle for deep tissue release. At the time I did not know the severity of the injury. Over the last 2 months, Kyle's kenisiolgy background and knowledge about the way the body works has helped me work on mobility & strength. I have learned how to manage the pain while exercising & stretching. Though I will never recover 100% from my injury, working with BeWell has taught me that it's not the end of my wellness journey.

Kyle is very professional. As a woman I was not sure I wanted a male trainer. However, Kyle earned my trust very quickly and made me feel very comfortable.
Kyle's kinesiology background and knowledge was a great asset. Kyle was able to make a personalized fitness and nutrition plan tailored to me that was realistic and set me up for success. Kyle was also able to help me address my challenges, to which I saw improvements I never thought I would see.

Not only did I have success; but I also had a lot of fun. I enjoyed my experience so much with Kyle that I knew my husband would too. So, my husband and I started to train together with Kyle and I think we got most of our ab workouts from laughter. Both my husband and I feel grateful to have benefited from Kyle's support and knowledge.
