“Last year I purchased one of the packages that offered 20 Tan's. I actually only got 15 tans Because it's based off a ticket system (where you have to actually bring in these little tickets every time) and depending on length of tan you pay extra tickets. So I could either get 20 8 min tans,and no color. Or could get 15 or less tans and actually get results. Definitely not how it's advertised and it's definitely not a great experience (having to bring in tickets rather than just sign/scan in) The staff were great though *** I bought my lotion from you...and I tan VERY well at any other salon when I go for more than 8 mins . So thank you for trying to say its a me problem . Im just leaving an honest review. I was not told that the 20 could actually be 10 based off the time. 20 Tan's means 20 Tan's to me. Not 20 but actually 10”
