I don’t know why none of these reviews mention Jimmy!! my parents needed to get my brothers laptop fixed and Jimmy was really patient with us and gave us really great customer service. Jimmy explained the whole process of the laptop being fixed to us and answered all of the questions we had. Jimmy did an excellent job! 5 stars!! excellent customer service!!!!!!

The staff is great! Super helpful and very very nice. Customer service is fantastic. They would try to accommodate quick printing as much as they can. Love it.

This is a 'SHOUT OUT' to Henna at the Staples Print and Copy Shop on Strasburg Road in Kitchener. What a gem of an employee she is. Not only did she complete our complicated printing of a multi page booklet in record time, she also waited on about ten other customers at the same time, giving each one her smiling attention. Staples, we commend you for employing this calibre of employee and helping Henna attend university at the same time. She's a ten year employee! Well done! We will be back.

Amazing service! I was in a predicament with my research poster and Pauline was a lifesaver. She did an amazing job and completed the task promptly. If you have any printing to do, please see Pauline at Staples on Strasburg, you will not be disappointed. Definitely, the best customer service I have had at Staples! Also, the gentleman and female worker on the floor who was helping me today, were great as well!!
