“I had him come over to fix the stitching on an old couch but when he was here he noticed that the seat cushions were worn out and the foam needed to be replaced (we knew, we just hadn’t thought about having it done at the same time). We decided to let him fix that as well and both the stitching work and replacing the padding was done super fast and with amazing results. I wish I would have taken a good “before” picture because it looks practically new now, which is saying a lot for a couch that is more than 15 years old and has survived three house moves. Amazing job! Thanks so much.”

“What a great company to work with! They took our old and out-dated siding and made it quite literally look brand new again. We decided to add brick to the lower part of our home and to paint our wood siding. Cameron was able to make great suggestions for a quality stone, as well as for the paint. We wanted something that could withstand the test of time and I am fairly confident that he has delivered just that. We have had SO MANY compliments from neighbours. Everyone absolutely loves the new exterior. We finally feel like the outside of the house is a reflection of the inside. My wife and I really appreciated the time he took to make sure that the stone pattern looked great and that each stone fit in perfectly. When it came to painting him and his crew did a fantastic job of masking off the rest of the house for any potential over-spray. The next day they were extremely thorough and made sure to touch up any areas that needed it. They were able to complete our entire exterior in less than two weeks. We hate when a reno takes up an extensive amount of time but Bacvar Building company dedicates their time to a single project and makes sure it’s complete before moving on. We found their pricing to be extremely reasonable especially for the quality of work that they provide. If you are considering asking Bacvar Building company to complete your next project, just do it! You will not be disappointed!”

“The whole team from sales, measurement and installation are very professional and was a pleasure to deal with. We visited the tile store while we were disappointed in the selection of granite countertops at stores in KW area. Then we noticed Cava granite right next door and visited the store. What a pleasant surprise! Not only they carried the stone colour we liked but those stones were on sale. After we comtemplated on the options, a day later we put a deposit on the granite for our kitchen countertop. 3 days later measurement guy Mihal showed up with digital calibration device and we talked about the layout on the stone, such as which area in the slab of stone be allocated to island and countertop. Mihal showed his experience and recommended the orientation and showed us how the countertop be mated from 2 different slab of stone. He marked it up on the stone to show visually for us to forsee the final product. The stone arrived 5 working days later but rain became ice that night and there were no safe way to carry 2 of 400lbs and 1 of 500lbs stones. We appreciate their safety concerns and the install date was rescheduled 3 days later. We prepared the pathway without ice or snow to make sure they can carry stones in a safely manner. The result of the installation was fantastic and the fit on the kitchen cabinets were laser accurate without any gaps whatsoever against walls built back in 1961. Hats off to all the team members at Cava Granite and thank you for the quality and the price of stones and installation, not to mention laying down heavy cloth to protect new wooden floor and clean up after the installation. We were very satisfied with the countertop, a week later we purchased the medallion over the range. It looks super as well. As soon as we finish laying down the back splash we will post the pictures. He often works chores to run over after or before school to get his oreo mocha frapp. He raves about these employees even knoeing some of them by name. Ive been in multiple times to thank these employees for the the kindness they offer my young son ethan. Everytime im in to thank them they know exactly who im talking about. However i wanted to leave a nice tip to these fine young folk and lesrned this location isnt allowed tips due to zehrs policy! Now that is a shame as they truly r deserving!!!!”
