Everyone seems amazing but I only interacted with Ernie (their brass guy).
Ernie is a very knowledgeable brass tech and I feel safe leaving my instruments with him. I've dropped my instruments off twice and have received excellent service at a fair price and with a reasonable turnaround time each visit. So far, the price he initially quoted was the price I paid.
I would highly recommend Saxonia over Long & McQuade for repair services.
