Beyond being highly personable and making my goals seem attainable, she was very willing to work with my schedule and provide good feedback in terms of progress in a way that made me want to continue with the process. I managed to pass a physical lift test, as well as see results I wanted all thanks to her guidance and knowledge. Definitely made working out a lot more fun with being able to change workouts if I felt I was bored or plateau-ing. Would absolutely recommend”

“My 8 year old needed a few fillings. I knew the minute we talked to Dr.Mitrana that we were in amazing hands. Dr.Mitrana and his assistant had her at ease and she left enjoying her visit. In life we have many stresses. Nobody really likes going to the dentist. I consider us lucky to no longer have that worry. “The clinic is nice and clean with a friendly staff. Very convenient that the pharmacy is on site. While it is difficult to get through to them over the phone, if I need an urgent appointment I leave a message and they have always called me back to set up an appointment for the same day. For the after hours clinic, you call Tele-health and the nurse will triage you, and if it is urgent they will set you up with the doctor on call for the same day. The office is on the second floor, however if you have small children you can just take the elevator.”
