  The staff is amazing here! Most of them recognize me now because I sell so often. They are all so friendly and will actually take the time to sort through the things I'm selling and consider buying them. Highly recommend!

  Great staff, great selection for shopping and decent prices. As for the buying they do fully explain why some thing aren't selected, however the staff could use some training regarding which stores have closed and which ones haven't. They said they refused some clothing from few stores had closed, only thing is the store locations e hadn't closed it is just no longer in KW, but has several locations open elsewhere in the province.

  I heard of Plato's Closet from a friend a few months ago. So I made a large bag of clothing, jacket, a couple pairs of shoes, all things in great shape but don't wear anymore. My experience there was excellent. They took everything but one shirt, and they gave me a reason why they couldn't take it, which in my book is top notch service. I got a ok amount of money for what I brought in (better than having the clothes sit in my closet gathering dust). It was my first time selling and the staff made the experience smooth and simple. I don't know how there is any negative comments on here? Most I see on here it's either the selection or the service? Well the selection can be hit and miss, that's how stores like Plato's Closet work? No? If they don't have something there you like one day, they might have it next week. And the staff that I talked to have been nothing but helpful with everything. If you have a question about something ASK them, don't expect them to read your mind or cater to you only.
