Planet Fitness

The staff and management at Planet Fitness, Kitchener are knowledgeable and friendly. I was a member of another organization for many years where I paid a lot more for a lot less when it comes to staff. The facility is exceptionally well maintained and I find it a really nice environment overall. I recommend it to others whenever I get the chance.

A good gym overall. The prices are good, equipment is in good shape, staff is helpful. Teens program is very useful for youth that want to stay fit for free in the summer. It is small but well designed. Good positioning and location in a nice plaza. The plaza includes a grocery store, Dollar Tree, a bank and a restaurant. Near the Williamsburg Community Center and not far from Bleams. Locker rooms can be quite tight when the gym is full but nothing you won't get used to. Easy sign-up and entry process. Overall, it is a good gym that I would like to continue frequenting. Good job Planet Fitness.

Good price, location and friendly staff. Its annoying how they don't seem to replace the paper towel rolls when they get empty though. Last time there was line 3 empty. You figure one out of the two (or more) staff that are just standing at the front could make better use of their time to put new paper rolls in. And what's up with decreasing the time on the weekends?

I'm very impressed with this gym. I used to work at one so I understand the difficult job of management. This facility is kept clean, which is of utmost importance. But please, get rid of the Tootsie rolls from the front desk (You aren't going to save any diabetics lives!). Health is too closely related to diet.
