I had an amazing experience start to finish. Mark came out and thoroughly inspected our furnace (which had been misdiagnosed by another company). He took the time to show me the defective coils, which was leaking carbon monoxide into my home. We decided on getting a new furnace. Karen came to my house to go over all payment options (finance, rental, pay in full). She answered all of my questions! We had our furnace installed the same day, and after hours.
