“I had him come over to fix the stitching on an old couch but when he was here he noticed that the seat cushions were worn out and the foam needed to be replaced (we knew, we just hadn’t thought about having it done at the same time). We decided to let him fix that as well and both the stitching work and replacing the padding was done super fast and with amazing results. I wish I would have taken a good “before” picture because it looks practically new now, which is saying a lot for a couch that is more than 15 years old and has survived three house moves. Amazing job! Thanks so much.”

“I began singing lessons to help with my speaking voice. My voice had become gravelly -- I sounded like I had a permanent cold, even when I was healthy. I started singing lessons to help retrieve my normal voice. Within a few lessons, I sounded less gravelly and my throat felt better. At the same time, I discovered a love of singing. I have always thought of myself as a musician, but not a singer. Singing with Jennifer has changed that. It has been a thrill and a challenge to learn to sing. Jennifer is a gifted and devoted teacher in addition to being an active and accomplished professional performer. She is constantly expanding her range of techniques, finding new ways to help her students develop. She fosters a supportive community among her students and provides regular opportunities for us to perform. I wish I had started singing with her years ago, but I'm grateful I'm doing it now.”

“Bought a bookshelf from here, it was quick and easy. When I got it home, opened it up and found that one of the shelves was damaged. Spoke with David, the store manager, and he was nice enought to let me bring in just the damaged shelf rather than lug the whole thing! Awesome guy and really nice staff.”

“Kane McNeil has been a pleasure to work with. He is dependable, shows up on time, ready to work. He knows what he is doing and I am confident in his abilities. I can finally rest assured I have found someone I can trust with my hydronic radiator system.”

“CASS Construction is a team of superheroes. They don’t wear capes and tights, but really, they should. They are THAT good!! It’s a scary thing to hire a contractor. As home owner, you are at their mercy and bad things can happen. Unfortunately, we hired a different contractor BEFORE finding CASS Construction and our experience with him was a nightmare! This left us skeptical of all contractors, then Jeff (from CASS) showed up at our home. He put us at ease immediately and it quickly became clear this would not be anything like the experience we had before. From that point on, we had a group of highly skilled professionals working on our home. These guys are true artisans. No detail is overlooked. They are driven by perfection and the result is flawless work. They are up to date on current materials and techniques and offered great advice to help us get exactly what we were looking for. We are so incredibly pleased with everything they touched and that alone was more than we expected, but there WAS more! CASS Construction is exceptionally well managed. We were impressed with how organized and disciplined they are. Project scheduling was clearly defined and strictly adhered to. They are great communicators, so we never felt uncertain about what had been decided and what steps were to come. They provided detailed, itemized estimates and invoiced us based on actual dollars put into the project. If actual costs spent were less than the value of the estimate, this was reflected in the invoice and we were billed accordingly. That is integrity! Our renovation is large, but due to budget, we’ve broken it down into pieces to be done in stages. Jon and Jeff had no problem amending our estimates to accommodate our ever-changing plans to prioritize what would be done with each stage. Their flexibility allowed us to do as much or as little as we could afford with no pressure of being over budget. Working with CASS Construction has been (and will continue to be) a wonderful experience. We love them, and it makes us happy to see their finished work in our home as it comes with great memories. These are genuinely kind, fun people who truly care about ensuring you will have exactly the finished product you want while making the process enjoyable along the way. It was a pleasure to have them making noise and kicking up dust in our home! Hard to believe, but it’s true! We are just thrilled with everything done thus far and look forward to the work yet to come. Jon, Jeff, Olivia and Mitch, thank you most sincerely. You guys really are the best and we can honestly say you have made our house a home.”
