I felt like I was a welcome personnel. Smiles all around. Place was as usual deserted. Coming to think of it, all accept one, I found place empty of clientele. A good sign? I wonder!!!
Had I not been treated in friendly manner, they would have lost a more than a decade old customer.
Bell. Keep up the tempo. You are there because of clients like us.... Not otherwise.
