  Great store. My Go-to shoe store! Always could get my big size shoes here, even for my husband size 15, all at mostly a very good bargain.. Am very upset they are now out of business, but you can get still good deals till the end of March, 2019. I just went there and bought enough shoes to last me for the next three years. Sad it is over....

  The place is alright. When you shop at Payless you get coupons sent to your home via mail. When you bring these coupons in shop, the staff will ask you questions to verify your information (phone number mainly). I can understand why this is done. But it is silly and childish.
  
  If I do not get coupons to begin with, I would still shop at Payless. Now if you send me coupons and then put me through the trouble of verifying it, sorry but I am happy to go to other stores. Shops are a dime a dozen you know! That's how I feel about my experience here.
  
  Would I go here again? Yes.
  Would I complain again? Absolutely Yes!
  
  Hassle free is the key word in shopping nowadays! You are taking our money anyways. Cant let you borrow our time as well.
