  I have been here a number of times and have always been very pleased. Good food and more than fair prices. I personally have always had wonderful service. This is my go to breakfast place when I am hungry and in the area.

  Good place for traditional breakfast. This location needs better ventilation. My clothes always smell like “grill” after dinning there.

  Really love this breakfast place. Have been here a couple times now and when I think of a good breakfast place, I think of Sunset. The only recommendation I have is that the waitresses be a little more attentive and friendlier. Overall, love the place and the food is up to standards every order. Their coffee is pretty good too. The eggs Florentine is delicious, especially with a side of turkey bacon. Must try!

  The food here is tasty and filling. Unfortunately the service was horrible. Four couples seated after myself had their food before. I figured they may have missed our order but the waiter assured us she put it in. If you want to eat and get out might be best to choose somewhere else.

  This is the first time going to the Manitou & Fairway, Kitchener location. My mom and I went for a later breakfast.
  Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent! My mom had the two french toast and I had the 3 eggs with bacon. I like my eggs over extra hard and they were cooked perfect. My bacon which I like crispy was not only cooked perfect, but wasn't greasy feeling which was really nice. The home fries were flavorful, but could have been cooked a bit crispier to be classed as a true home fry and not just boiled potatoes. They were still very good though.
  My only complaint and the reason I didn't give five stars... they have packed in so many tables close together to get as much seating as possible and this makes it a bit tight. A bigger person might not feel to comfortable at some of the tables.
  Overall, I would definitely recommend the restaurant and will definitely be back.
