    I bought an appliance and was really impressed with the help received. The Sales Associate Dora helped so well. I was really surprised that she was new to The Brick, given her professional, knowledgeable, and helpful service. I attribute it to the location's excellent hiring, training, and overall practices. Was pleased when Dora was able to arrange fast delivery and installation too.

    The whole process was fast, enjoyable, and well-run. It was also easy to get help quickly. This was a welcome change from competitors, where it can be frustrating and time-consuming to track down someone who can help. Dora also answered all questions, with patience and enthusiasm.

    I purchased my sofa, love seat and three dinning chairs from here, and satisfied with most of them in terms of the price verse quality. It offers furniture covering a wide range of price. A few are overpriced, most of them fall into the range young family and professional can afford. Especially if you come in the right time, or come check from time to time, you can get items with huge save, e.g. my love seat and one stool dinning chair.
    Shiva, a sales associate helped me to find a this good stool dinning chair. A passionate and smart guy.

    They had a decent selection of furniture, especially since I was looking for particular things, like small, sleeper sectionals and narrow, counter-height tables. The staff I talked to also weren't pushy and were there to answer questions, if we needed them to be. Good customer service.
