The team at Deep Trekker was extremely responsive throughout the planning stage of our project. They were quick to provide any technical information about the equipment including weights, dimensions of all the possible configurations, and general capabilities of the equipment. Leading up to the inspection Deep Trekker provided hands-on training at their facility in Kitchener Ontario which covered all aspects of assembling, deploying and operating the DT340. The rental equipment came in heavy duty travel cases containing everything necessary to assemble and operate the DT340 and it performed well throughout the project.
